When they were ready to serve my mom ran up to the plate and was like "How many can we have?"... So if you want to know how to make them my way I can tell you.
You need
2 1/4 cups biscuit mix (any kind will do)
2/3 cup milk
Handful of shredded cheese (I use sharp cheddar)
pinch of dry parsley
pinch of dry Italian seasoning mix
pinch of paprika
pinch of garlic powder or a tsp of fresh crushed garlic
cooked and chopped sausage (links), your choice. I use a brown and serve country sausage.
Mix everything and spoon onto a greased pan. Pop into preheated oven (450°F/232°C). Bake for 10 mins. You can melt butter or margarine and brush it over them. I recommend drizzling honey over them.
I thought I would chill after making them but I got it in my head that I wanted some spice cookies.

Speaking of my niece, the other night we had these desserts called white clouds. Total disappointment to me as they were just twinkies dipped in white chocolate. It was overwhelmingly and sickeningly sweet.

I notice I have been in the mood to cook a lot lately. I took some time to prepare my niece breakfast before she went to her Anime Club. Hopefully it was filling enough to get her through her afternoon.

Last night I made a pizza lasagna for dinner and since we had left over mushrooms, bacon bits, and chicken I used them to make her an omelet. It probably surprised her since she usually gets a fried or poached egg lately. All this food is making me hungry! Its almost time to prepare dinner.

Before I go I just want to say, I used to hate cooking or cleaning after dinner because we always had cruddy cookware. The dish soap did little work and I hate slaving for hours in a kitchen to only have to use more strength to wash dishes.... so when I discovered Gain made liquid soap I had high hopes. (I love their laundry soap!). Well it delivered. Soaking the dishes for even a minute will make anything come off. It comes in handy for the brown and serve sausage skillet and plates my dad covers in melted cheese.

You are making me hungry with all this yummy food!
(My mom says she wants to kidnap you to make you cook for her lol)
But oh, that twinkie thing sounds yucky! You poor girl, I hope you ate something good afterwards to cover it up!
Debi, hehehe I wish! I would love to be there!!!
I think I drank chocolate milk after. Lately I really love Chocolate milk. I hope noone eats that twinkie mess ever again. Or it never comes in this house. I cant imagine the sugar levels in it. Probably why I am always wanting savory eats lately!
